In-Store Returns (Online Orders Picked Up in Store)

When returning a product purchased online and picked up in-store, please bring your order confirmation email or store invoice, along with the credit card used for the original purchase. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

New Returns
New products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Warranty Returns
Warranty returns are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If you’re unsure of the specific policy for your product, our team will be happy to assist you.

Core Returns
Core items must be returned in the original product packaging, free of damage beyond refurbishment, and with all fluids completely drained before returning.
